  The supporting staff for the Internal Medicine office is completely incompetent!!! Nobody can or will do their job!! Need a referral? Too bad, that's too much like work!! Need your meds refilled? Nope, that's not going to happen either!! From the nurses right up to the office manager, nothing but incompetence, nobody will actually do their job!!! And let us not forget, need to see your doctor before a 6 month time period is up? Nope, that's not going to happen!! Oh, you want me to see the Nurse Practitioner instead of a real doctor that actually knows something about anything? WOW, she is more stupid and incompetent than the rest of them!!! Don't waste your time and your health, they are NOT there to help!!! I have been dealing with this place for over 15 years now and it has gotten worse with every passing year. ALL of U of M has become this way, other than the Physical Therapy clinic at the main hospital. I have tried to complain to get things done and it's like bashing my head against a wall, I always get told that nobody is available to take my complaint, but they will call me back and nobody ever does. It's just complete incompetence everywhere that you turn!!
