  I used Dr. Niles and his staff for my second set of orthodontics because the first place I went did not do a very good job. The first thing you notice is his staff is always polite, professional, and respectful. They are always smiling and promptly greet you upon coming through the door. Second, Dr. Niles is a true professional who takes the time to listen to any concerns you may have and fully explains what you can expect and gives you very realistic expectations. He never rushes and you can tell by the way he treats his employees that he values their worth. He is always looking to improve his practice and train his employees which helps show his professional work and maintain employee loyalty. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Niles and his professional team to anybody looking for orthodontic care. They are true professionals.
