    I have been going here for years, but since I had it in there a couple weeks ago to get cleaned up, it won't stay running. The cooling fan hasn't worked since I got it back.
    I called to see what they did when they had it, thinking maybe it was just unplugged.
    The guy I talked to got extremely defensive!
    I just wanted to get it fixed.
    With the attitude he had with me, I'll never go back again! They need some People skills!
    UPDATE:
    I asked you fair and square if there was anything you guys could have done or if you noticed it. I would have had YOU repair it, but that's like returning a bad meal and having it spit on. I don't return meals either. I just don't go back.
    He says I slam people when I don't get my way. I slam people when I don't get my moneys worth.
    I have a new doctor and I have a new repair shop. All good for me.
    You should have told me the fan wasn't working when it was there, but that's fine. All fixed and moved on.
    Learn from customer complaints, don't blame them because they weren't happy with you service or people skills.
