  I wouldn't give them a star either but I had to. I would not have chosen them if it were not for ABC warehouse service contract with them. They took a month to repair my Bosc dishwasher. They claimed they couldn't get a part but I called and parts we're available!!! The technician was rude was there for 5 minutes to diagnose that it needed a motherboard. Didn't see them again for 1 month!!! I will not buy another appliance from ABC warehouse until they change this service provider. My dishwasher died again and not it will be a week for them to come out to look at it and another month for repairs!!!
  
  The manager called to correct my dissatisfaction that it was not a month but 11 days. The tech told me he couldn't get the parts for 10 days. I will stand corrected on the time but overall the manager was rude and was proceeded to tell me that they can't bring parts to an initial appt because it would take a semi truck to carry all parts they cover. I was only asking for a motherboard. What????
